While CTO, Jason dealt with visioning the future of software development & technology, in order build a functional foundation to make sure that Github could lead the way. He’s bringing this intuition and outlook to share with us tomorrow. If you’ve ever tried hosting a website, chances are you’ve dabbled with the cloud-based platform Heroku (Jason was VP of Engineering here too). Plus, as managing partner at Redpoint, a venture capital firm looking to invest in seed-stage and early-growth startups, he’s got some great insight into the startup ecosystem right now.
